First connection
Registration is automatic. Once you have been issued with a registration card, you are automatically subscribed to the online services.
ATTENTION: if this is your first registration or if you have not logged on previously, your password appears on the document that accompanies your registration card.
To log on, simply enter:
- Your 4 to 6 digit registration number, (e.g. 123456)
- This appears on most of the documents sent to you by the Caisses Sociales, and on your registration card.
- Your date of birth.
- Your password comprised of 7 or 8 characters..
The password appears also on all the benefit payment documents sent to you by the Caisses Sociales: medical benefits statements, family allowances, etc.
It disappears from these documents after the first time you access your Personal account.
You must therefore wait for the first document that the Caisses Sociales will send you, by post before logging on. Your Personal account is "empty" before this first document is sent.
