Law No. 1.509 on compulsory vaccination against Covid came into force on 30 October 2021.
In particular, it provides, for some categories of employees and self-employed workers and under various conditions, for a suspension of their activity if they cannot provide evidence of a complete vaccination regime or a certificate showing they have recovered from COVID 19.

As for membership of the Caisses Sociales and benefits from services during periods of suspension, you will find below general information, which will soon be supplemented by targeted communications.
An explanatory leaflet will be sent by the Service Recouvrement des cotisations, in the coming weeks, particularly concerning the declaration procedures for periods of suspension of employees and payment laid down in Article 3 of the aforementioned law.
Health insurance services and family services will be maintained for the first twelve weeks of suspension of activity.
To do so, they must fill in a specific form, available on request, at the end of each month.
The law provides for the continuation of membership of C.A.M.T.I. for the first 12 weeks of suspension of activity.
However, in the absence of a specific provision, continuation of membership of C.A.R.T..I will not be possible in the event of a sine die suspension of activity.
