A Personal Space that's even simpler, more convenient, and more secure

My Personal Space is being enhanced with new services and features to make my transactions even simpler, more convenient and more secure:

  • A new secure messaging service to make it easier for me to communicate with CSM-ENS and minimise the risks associated with sending sensitive documents by email.
It allows me to centralise all my communications with CSM-ENS: procedures, conversations, etc.
  • A completely redesigned online service for sending and requesting documents, designed to simplify my day-to-day tasks.
  • It is now possible to update personal details in ‘My Profile’, including providing my new bank account details.
  • Viewing and downloading my benefit statements for the last 18 months, to make it easier to manage my reimbursements (downloadable in PDF format).
  • A new ‘Documents’ section that centralises and simplifies access to my important documents, such as my employment history statement or certificates.

A registration card accessible offline

To avoid any difficulties presenting my card at medical appointments, I make sure to add my card to my smartphone via the dashboard in my Personal Area:

  • on the ‘Cartes’ mobile app (Apple Wallet) for iPhone
  • on the Google Wallet mobile app for Android

The way I log in to my Personal Account is changing

The Caisses Sociales de Monaco take the security of their members’ personal and medical data very seriously.

In light of the significant challenges posed by cyber security and in order to guarantee a 100% secure environment, the way you log in to your Personal Account is changing from Wednesday 24 June 2026, with the introduction of two-factor authentication (MFA).

This mandatory feature has been incorporated into the General Terms and Conditions of Use, in line with the Caisses Sociales de Monaco’s commitment to ensuring the transparency, accessibility and clarity of these Terms and Conditions.

What will change for me with MFA?

  • Until now, to log in to my Personal Account, I simply used my usual username and password.
  • From now on, after entering my login details and clicking the ‘Log in’ button, I must choose a two-factor authentication method:
    • either by opting to receive a 6-digit code via email,
    • or by using a mobile authentication app
  • Please note: you choose your method the first time you log in; you can change it at any time in your personal profile.

Reminder: How to log in to my Personal Account

  • My Personal Area can be accessed via a web browser: Access my Insured Person’s Personal Area.
  • I can also access it via my CSM-EN mobile app (recommended), available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android smartphones and tablets: Download the CSM-EN mobile app.
  • To log in, I need:
    • My registration number and my date of birth (ddmmyyyy), to be entered together with a hyphen between them, in the ‘username’ field. Example: 123456-03091985
    • The password I usually use for my Personal Account (or the one sent by post if I have never logged in to my Personal Account before), to be entered in the ‘password’ field.
    • An email address verified with the Monaco Social Security Funds
  • If I haven’t logged in for a while: I may be asked to change my password.
  • If I have difficulty logging in: I can consult the online login help for entering my login details by clicking on the link visible on the login page.

The Caisses Sociales de Monaco work every day to strengthen the security of their members’ personal data.
