REMINDER- Attestation of existence: Sworn declaration for retirees residing in Italy

If you are a retired resident of Italy, you must provide us with a declaration on your honour before 20 June 2025, certifying your existence.

The declaration on your honour constitutes proof of existence and is a condition for the continued payment of your retirement pension.

This certificate must be completed, dated and signed by a competent authority (Town Hall, Police, Consulate, Notary, Guardian).

We cannot accept documents bearing the mention "visti gli atti d'ufficio"

If you have difficulty getting around, we will also accept the document completed by a doctor, a hospital (you are in hospital), a nursing home (place of residence).

If your family situation has changed, please attach the supporting documents related to this.
