New Medical Agreement

The Caisses Sociales de Monaco and l’Ordre des Médecins de la Principauté de Monaco [the Order of Physicians of the Principality of Monaco] have signed a new Medical Agreement.

Mr. Bertrand Crovetto, Director of the Caisses Sociales de Monaco and Dr. Jean-Michel Cucchi , President of l’Ordre des Médecins de Monaco, have signed a new Medical Agreement.

This takes effect on 1 April 2023 for a period of five years, and takes into account changes in medical practice.

It guarantees an equitable balance, giving more freedom to set fees while maintaining strictly regulated rates for the majority of policyholders.
