What is affiliation?

Affiliation enables the Caisses Sociales de Monaco to identify an employer.

It involves allocating the employer a unique employer number which is used to monitor:

  • the workforce,
  • contributions.

How to become affiliated

In order to become affiliated, download and complete the membership form and return it to the Contribution Collections Department accompanied by a copy of your identity document.

If you wish to pay your contributions by direct debit, download and complete the SEPA direct debit mandate and return it to the Contribution Collections Department accompanied by an original bank statement.

For each employee you wish to hire, you must complete the Household Employees Employment form and return it to the address given on the form.
