This campaign concerns all children aged from 5 and more at 31 December 2021.
The education premium is automatically paid after school institutions have provided evidence confirming your child's registration. In this case, there is no particular procedure for you to carry out.
On the other hand, if you have received a printed request form for this premium, that is because your child's school does not supply such information. You then have to return the request form as soon as possible (and certainly before December 31, 2021, after which applications are not accepted).
It must be therefore completed by the educational establishment or be supported by a school attendance certificate (please stick it to the back of the form).
Please note: this document or the information supplied by school institutions serve as an educational certificate for payment of family allowances, from the October payment.
