Reminder: Remember to complete formalities for payment of your family benefits
1- Concerning the 2018 Back-to-School Allowance
You were sent a form for requesting a Back-to-School Allowance for the 2018-2019 school year, which serves as a School Certificate.
If you have not yet sent this form to the Family Allowances Department, please do so before 31 December 2018.
Otherwise, you will no longer be entitled to coverage (including your children’s medical care) or benefit from the Back-to-School Allowance.
2- Concerning the 2017-2018 Annual Schooling Report
You were sent an Annual Schooling Report for 2017-2018.
Please return it to us as quickly as possible, otherwise you will be asked to refund the benefits paid (family allowances, other payments or medical benefits) for the 2017-2018 school year.
