New: Viewing my benefit statements is changing

My benefit statements in my Personal Account: simple, convenient, and secure

I am insured with CCSS or CAMTI and have already opted to receive my mail and correspondence with the Monaco Social Security Funds electronically.  
From Wednesday, March 4, 2026, in order to enhance the security of my personal data, the way I view and download my benefit statements will change.


What will change for me 

  • Until now, I received an email notification of a new statement, accompanied by a summary PDF attachment.
  • I can now view and download all my benefit statements exclusively from my Personal Space.
  • I can view my detailed benefit statements for the last 18 months and download them in PDF format in a simple, convenient, and secure manner.
  • I will continue to receive an email notification of new benefit statements at the email address associated with my insured account, inviting me to visit my Personal Space to view or download them.
  • I also have access to all other secure online services such as sending documents, simulating my retirement, or my digital registration card

How to view and download my benefit statements

  • I log in to my Personal Space from my CSM mobile app or from a web browser.
  • On the dashboard of my Insured Personal Space, from the side menu: My notifications, I can:
    • View my new statement notifications by clicking on “Details.”
    • Download my benefit statements in PDF format by clicking on “Download.”
  • You can also view and download statements for the last 18 months from the menu: Payments > Medical benefits

How to log in to my Personal Space

  • My Personal Space for Insured Persons is accessible from a web browser:  Access my Personal Space for Insured Persons
  • I can also access it from my CSM mobile app (recommended), available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play Store for Android smartphones and tablets:  Download the CSM mobile app
  • To log in, I need:
    • My registration number and date of birth (ddmmyyyy), to be entered together with a hyphen between the two in the “username” field. Example: 123456-03091985
    • My usual password for my Personal Account (or the one I received by mail if I have never logged in to my Personal Account before), to be entered in the “password” field.
  • If I have trouble logging in to my Personal Space, I can consult the Login Help page:

  • If I have not logged in for a while, I may be asked to change my password.
