Support Loan for Insured People

  • Who is eligible
    •  
      • Insured recipients of family benefits paid by CCSS,
      • Single employees, in couples without dependent children or beneficiaries of family allowances paid by CAF, 
      • Insured persons registered with CCSS for at least 6 months and who meet the conditions to have rights.
  • In what situation
    •  
    • This loan is granted:
      • in the event of financial difficulties justified by special circumstances,
      • for the purchase of household or basic furniture equipment, etc.
  • What is the amount
    •  
    • The payment ceiling is set annually by the Committees.
  • Under what conditions
    •  
    • Payment conditions
    • Payment of the loan is made according to the terms determined with the social workers of Caisses Sociales de Monaco, either to the employee or to a third party (landlord, company, traders, etc.).
    •  
    • Repayment conditions
    • In a maximum of 24 monthly payments.
    • The first repayment takes place during the second month following the date of loan disbursement.
    •  
    • Guarantee conditions
    • Assignment of salary, in first place, to be registered at the Court of Monaco.
    • Loan agreement signed jointly and severally by the spouses.
  • What documents do I need to provide
    •  
      • Valid identity document or residence permit of the spouses (the additional five years of validity granted by France are not valid for the registration of the loan)
      • Proof of expenses to be incurred (if applicable, estimate or pro forma invoice specifying the items whose purchase is planned)
      • RIB [bank account details] signed on the back
      • Proof of household income and expenses:
        • Last three bank account statements (joint and individual) and additional supporting documents,
        • For spouses not working in Monaco, the last three proofs of income
