Family benefits : From November 2016, detailed family benefits statements will no longer be sent by post
To enter an email address:
The detailed family benefits statements are set up in the name of the payment recipient.
Consequently, you must log on to your personal account using:
- Registration number for the entitled person
- Date of birth of the payment recipient
- Password (personal identification number), comprised of 7 or 8 characters.
The first time you log on: Use the password on the last paper statement that you received. You can change this code once you are logged on.
If you can no longer remember your password: use the “Forgotten password” section and a new code will be sent to you by post.
To access the information in your personal account, you must enter a valid email address in your Profile.
You will then be sent an email so that you can validate this address.
After validation, you’ll have access to the information and this address will then be used for all correspondence.
