Childcare Loan
- Who can benefit from it
- Insured recipients of family benefits paid by CCSS
- In what situation
- CCSS has set up a specific "Childcare" loan, to allow families to access advance social security contributions for the hiring of a childminder in France.
- What is the amount
- The amount of the loan is determined by the social worker according to the amount of family allowances received by the head of the family.
- It may not exceed the total of these benefits for a period of nine months (or eighteen months for insured beneficiaries of tranche 1 of family allowances), depending on the age group of the children in the home.
- Under what conditions
- Award conditions
- Be in receipt of family benefits paid by CCSS,
- Have previously requested a study of your right to the payment of the allocation différentielle [differential allowance] (ADI) from the CAF you are registered with in France.
- Payment conditions
- The loan is paid out according to the procedures determined with the social workers of the Caisses Sociales de Monaco.
- Repayment conditions
- In a maximum of eighteen monthly payments.
- The first repayment is made during the sixth month following the date of loan disbursement.
- Guarantee conditions
- Assignment of salary, in the first place, to be registered at the Court of Monaco.
- Loan agreement signed jointly and severally by the spouses.
- What documents do I need to provide

- Valid identity document or residence permit of the spouses (the five additional years of validity granted by France are not valid for the registration of the loan).
- the most recent pay slip of the childminder, or failing that, the simulation of the charges to be paid made on the URSSAF Pajemploi website,
- Proof of household income and expenses:
- Last three bank account statements (joint and individual) and additional supporting documents,
- For spouses who do not work in Monaco, the last three proofs of income.
