Generality

CCSS grants its members interest-free loans intended to allow them either to improve their main residence, or to face ad-hoc financial difficulties, or to equip their home with essential furniture or household equipment, or to meet the social contributions of French nursery assistants (as part of the ADI of CAF).
  • Who is eligible?
    • The insured person, who receives family benefits paid by the CCSS:
      • Salaried or receiving benefits from France Travail, living in Monaco,
      • Receiving a disability pension or retired, living in Monaco,
      • Salaried living in France.
    • Childless couples or single people may also obtain a loan under certain conditions.

    • The fund's Social Services are responsible for investigating claims and cases for loans.
    • This service can give you any additional information and conduct a personalised analysis of your situation.
    • If your application is admissible, an appointment will then be scheduled with a social worker, for evaluation and possibly agreement.
